When I walked in, all 4 counter guys were on their phones. I stood there about 10 minutes but even when they finished their calls, they never acknowledged me. I finally stood in front on one of them and when he hung up, I forced my conversation and what I was looking for. He said, sure, we should have those and called for a parts puller up to the counter to help me. Another 20 minutes elapsed before someone showed up. He went huntin’ (as he put it), for the part. He came back empty handed after 10 minutes.

While not convenient, I guess that’s just the way it is, especially when trying to avoid paying Ford $25 for a new one.
